Response to DMCA Requests

Request For Counter Notification
To submit a Counter-Notification if you believe the content was wrongfully taken down as a result of a DMCA takedown request, please send an email to adimin@winksproapk.com with:
- All your contact information.
- Removed content URL.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the content was taken down by mistake.
- A declaration that you agree to the jurisdiction of your local courts.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
We will be sending your Counter-Notice to the complainant. If the plaintiff does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
